The “Carlton Star” yule log by Anthony Coquerea

While Carl strives to reach for the moon, Pastry Chef Anthony Coquereau brings a star down to the table. Inspired by the Grande Dame of the Croisette, the “L’Étoile du Carlton” Yule log features six indulgent “branches,” reflecting the many facets of the hotel and its holiday festivities.

Tahitian vanilla, toasted vanilla, Christmas spices and orange caramel.
At its centre, a milk chocolate bar with caramel and Piedmont hazelnuts offers a final moment
of indulgence over coffee.
