For this unique creation, the chef drew inspiration from the hotel’s elegant details and decorative touches, giving life to an egg that is as refined as it is indulgent.

Crafted in dark milk chocolate, it reveals a subtly low-sugar milk chocolate with an intense cocoa profile, made from single-origin Côte d’Ivoire cocoa at 60%. A perfect balance between sweetness and character.

Filling:

  • Base: a generous chocolate bar filled with a crispy cereal crunch, blended with soft marshmallow and chocolate pieces
  • Inside assortment:
    – Caramelized arlette coated in Caraïbes 66% dark chocolate, enhanced with a hint of fleur de sel
    – Mini eggs in Caraïbes 66% dark chocolate, filled with buckwheat praline
    – Mini chocolate “roses des sables” made with Jivara 40% milk chocolate
